This Haori comes without Haori himo/cord.
 
Kinsya-Chirimen is a one of Hutakoshi-Chirimen fabric group. It is woven thinner thread and has lighter Shibo (irregularities texiture). It is called Mon-Kinsya-Chirimen with base woven pattern. 
 
This Haori is from 1940's or earlier according to sleeve length and material.
